《今日のFUP：1224》 風光明媚 ─ ふうこうめいび
「私が生まれ育った場所は風光明媚な所です」─ The place where I was born and raised is a wonderfully scenic area.
be born and raised in ～ / be brought up in ～「～で生まれ育つ」。「風光明媚な所」とは、a wonderfully scenic area「素晴らしく景色のいい地域」ということですね。scenic「景色のいい」だけでも「風光明媚」を表現できますが、ここではwonderfully「素晴らしく」を付け足し強調しています。
（例）「考えがある。あの景色のいい道で行こうよ！」─ Here’s an idea. Let’s take that scenic driving route!

Extra Bit：「彼女って気分がコロコロ変わるよね」─ Her mind changes like the weather.
