1. beat around the bush「遠回しに言う」。Stop beating ～はStop being so roundabout.とも言えます。get to the pointは「要点をつく」という意味。
2. Angry wordsを主語にしている点に注目。（例）Exercise will make you fit and healthy.「運動すると元気で健康になる」。resolve conflicts「争い事を解決する」。resolveには「決意する」という意味もあります。（例）He resolved to spend more time with my kids.「彼は子ども達と一緒にもっと時間を過ごすことにした」。
3. I don't think ～の例文を一つ。I don't think it's a waste of time at all.「それが時間の無駄だとはまったく思わない」。essence「本質」。「問題の本質」はthe real problemでもいいでしょう。
