「この企画について、公平無私な第三者としての君の客観的な意見が聞きたい」 ─ I'd like to get your objective view of this plan as a disinterested third party.

objective view「客観的な見解」。as a disinterested third party「公平無私な第三者として」。disinterestedが「公平無私な、私心のない」という意味の形容詞。語順を変えて、Since you're a disinterested third party, I want to get your objective view of this plan.と言ってもいいでしょう。
(例)「人に対しては、いつでも公平に」─ Always be evenhanded when you deal with people.
　・evenhanded「公平な、公明正大な」。
