次の文を英訳すると？
1. 天気予報で明日雪になるって言ってたね。
2. 嫌だなあ、また電車が止まったりしたら。
3. 去年大雪が降った時、大変だったんだよ。
4. 駅と駅の間で止まっちゃって、そのまま4時間缶詰。
5. 今度は、雪が降り出したらすぐ帰ることにするよ。

日本語の意味に合わせて英訳してみましょう。

1. 「天気予報」と言えばthe weather forecastですが、ここではTheyを主語、動詞にpredict「予測する」を使って表現しています。具体的に、The weatherman is/was predicting snow for tomorrow.と言ってもいいで しょう。
2. 会話ではhad betterのhadを省略する場合があります。この後にmean「意味する」を続けて、「また電車の運行がストップしなければいいけど」という不安な気持ちを表しているのです。疑問文にしてDoes that mean the trains are going to stop again? I hope not. でも同じような意味になります。
3. blizzard「大雪、猛吹雪」、a lot of trouble「大変」に動詞causeを組み合わせているところがポイント。giveを用いた場合には、Last year's blizzard gave me a lot of trouble.となります。
4. get snowed in「雪に閉じこめられる」、be stuck inside「（電車の）中で身動きが取れない」は是非覚えておきたい言い回しです。I got stuck in a snowed-in train for 4 hours.のように言い換えられます。
5. head homeで「家に向かう」の意味。「急いで」を強調したければrush homeを使います。「すぐに」をthe minuteで表現しています。as soon asを用いて、This year I'm going to rush home as soon as it looks like snow.のようにも言えます。
