「一生懸命やれば、いい結果が出る」─ Give it your best effort and things will work out.
giveの使い方に注目。give ～ one's best effort「～に最善の努力を与える」で「一生懸命やる」を表現しています。things will work outの文字通りの意味は「（何事も）うまく行く」。produce good results「いい結果を生む」を使って、If you try as hard as you can, you'll produce good results.とも言えます。Hard work and good luck seem to go together.「一生懸命やれば運が向いてくる」もこの機会に覚えておきましょう。
