次の文を英訳すると？

1. 彼女ってほんと、ずばずばものを言うよね
2. 時々そこまで言うかって思う。
3. でも、悪気がないから聞いててすかっとする。
4. 言われた側も根に持たないみたい。
5. 彼女の人徳かなあ。

【Step 1】
日本語の意味に合わせて英訳してみましょう。

1. She really talks without concern for the feelings of others.
2. Sometimes I think she has said too much.
3. But listening to her is refreshing because she is not mean.
4. People don't remain angry after she talks to them.
5. Maybe it's because she is a good person.

・without concern for the feelings of others「他の人の気持ちを気にせずに」

【解説】
1. the ～type「～なタイプの人」とoutspoken「遠慮なくずけずけ言う」を組み合わせて「ずばずばものを言う」を表現している点に注目。この場面ではspeak one's mind「はっきりものを言う」を使ってもいいでしょう。
2. take things too farには「度を超す」の意味があります。これをhow farを使って言い換えて、「そこまで言うか（どこまで持って行くのか））」というニュアンスを出しています。Sometimes I feel like telling her she's gone too far.でも同じような気持ちを表せます。
3.「悪気がない」をmean no harm「危害を加えるつもりはない」で言い換えています。その後にher honesty「彼女の正直なところが」と具体的に言い、bracing「さやわかな、すがすがしい」で「すかっとする」を表現しています。
4. hold grudges against～「～に対して恨みを抱く」が「根に持つ」に当たる言い回しです。inspire「引き起こす、吹き込む」を用いて、She doesn't inspire grudges in anyone.のような言い方をしてもいいでしょう。
5. turn ～ into ... 「～を...に変える」、it「はっきりものを言う性質（her outspoken nature）」、a virtue「徳」を組み合わせて「人徳かなあ」を表現しています。somehowは「どういうわけか」の意味。
