次の文を英訳すると？
1. いただいたメールが文字化けしているんです。
2. もう一度送り直していただけます？

日本語の意味に合わせて英訳してみましょう。

【解説】
1.「文字化けしている」はgarbledで表現できます。garbleは名詞としても使えますので、次のように言えます。I got an e-mail from you that was full of garble.また、garbleをgobbledygook「文字化け、ちんぷんかんぷんな言葉」に置き換えてもいいでしょう。
2. get＋人＋to ～は「（人に）お願いして～してもらう」時に使う言い回しです。「送り直す」はresendでいいでしょう。mindを用いてWould you mind resending it? / I'll have to have you resend it, if you don't mind.とも言えますね。
3. Whatever the cause isで「原因が何であれ」と前置きをして、mystery「謎」で「わからない」を表現しています。また、what's behind it「（裏で）どうなっているのか」を使って、I can't figure out what's behind it.と言っても同じような意味になります。
4.「こういうことがある」をthisとhappenを使わずにI get this ～で表現しています。seeとhappenを組み合わせても同じようなことが言えます。I see this happen now and then.
5. I hopeとtroubleで「お手数をおかけしてすみません」のニュアンスを出しています。ここでは別の言い方をいくつか挙げておきましょう。Sorry to put you to the trouble. / Sorry for the trouble. / My apologies for the hassle. hassleは「厄介なこと」の意味。
