次の文を英訳すると？
1. 人の縁ってわからないよね。
2. この間、彼女、海外旅行しただろう。
3. そのとき知り合った人と結婚するんだって。
4. 知り合ってまだ二ヵ月だよ。
5. 赤い糸ってあるんだね。
【Step 1】
日本語の意味に合わせて英訳してみましょう。
1. Fate is difficult to know.

1. 「縁」はfate「運命」でいいでしょう。「わからない」をdifficult to knowの代わりに、You never knowを用いて表現しています。what fate have in store「どのような運命が待ちかまえているか」の使い方にも注目し てください。
2. Rememberの前にDo youが省略されています。how she just got back ～で「彼女がどんな状態で戻って来たか」と言っていることになります。rememberを文末に移動して、She was just on an overseas trip, remember?のようにも言えます。
3. it turns out ～で「～ということになる」の意味。her future husbandを主語にするところが英語らしいですね。ここではtour mates「ツアー（で旅行した）仲間」を用いて、Well, she's getting married to one of her tour mates.と言い換えてもいいでしょう。
4. total strangers two months agoで「二ヶ月前は、まったくの赤の他人だった」と言っているのです。完了形を使って、It's only been two months since they met.のようにも表現できます。
5.「赤い糸」はそのまま英語にはできませんので、have a special connection「特別なつながりがある」でその意味を説明するのも一つの方法です。ここはbe made for each other「お互いに結ばれるために生まれてきた」の方がより自然ですね。
