A: Good evening. How many in your party?
B: There are four of us.
A: Smoking or non-smoking?
B: Non-smoking, please.
A: All right. Right this way, please. Someone will be with you in a moment to take your order.
A: 今晩は。何名様ですか？
B: ４人です。
A: 禁煙席と喫煙席どちらになさいますか？
B: 禁煙席にしてください。
A: わかりました。では、こちらへどうぞ。すぐに係の者がご注文を伺いに参りますので。
1. Just the two of you?
→お２人様ですか？
2. Can I get you a booster seat for your son?
→お子様用の椅子をお持ちしましょうか？
・男の子ならson、女の子ならdaughterですね。
3. Please let us know when you're ready to order.
→ご注文の際にはお声をお掛けください。
4. Shall I bring you your coffee right away, or after your meal?
→コーヒーはすぐにお持ちいたしますか、それとも、食後になさいますか？
5. The salad bar is right over there, and you can go back as many times as you like.
→サラダバーはあちらにございます。お代わり自由になっております。
6. Please be careful. These plates are hot.
→お皿が熱くなっていますので、ご注意ください。
7. Would you like some small plates so you can share?
→取り皿をお持ちいたしましょうか？
・「取り皿」はserving platesとも言います。

来店されたお客様に声を掛ける際の言い回し。その例を二つ。
Hello, welcome to ○○○'s Caf?. I can show you to a table right away if you like. How many in your party?
【和訳】
こんにちは。○○○カフェへようこそ。よろしければすぐにテーブルにご案内いたします。何名様ですか？
「～へようこそ」はWelcome to ～、「案内する」はshowで表現します。人数を聞く場合にはHow many (people) in your party? / How many are you tonight?などのように言います。
Good evening. Welcome to □□□. Three for dinner? This way, please.
【和訳】
今晩は。□□□へようこそ。お食事を3名様ですね？こちらへどうぞ
「こちらへどうぞ」はThis way, please. / Right this way, please.と言います。
さらに関連表現をいくつか挙げておきます。
11. Would you like our meal service or just coffee and tea service?
12. Will you be dining, or just having tea or coffee?
→お食事でいらっしゃいますか？喫茶でしょうか
・11, 12は同じ意味になります。dine「食事をする（動詞）」。
13. Would you like to sit in the smoking or non-smoking section?
→おタバコはお吸いになりますか（喫煙席ですが、禁煙席ですか）？
14. All seats are non-smoking.
→当店は、全席禁煙になっております。
15. I'm (terribly) sorry, but all of our seats are full.

・名詞waitは「待ちますか？（Is there a wait?）」と聞く場合にも使えます。
19. Please have a seat right here while you wait.
→こちらにお座りになってお待ちいただけますか。
・Would you mind being seated right here while you wait?とも言えます。
20. Can I have your name, please? I'll let you know when a table becomes available.
→お名前をいただけますか？席が空きましたらお呼びいたしますので。
・becomes availableの代わりにopens upも使えます。
