《今日のFUP：1182》 余裕綽綽 ─ よゆうしゃくしゃく
「今日が報告書の締め切りなのに。彼、余裕綽綽だね」─ The deadline for his report is today. But he acts as though he had all the time in the world.
deadline「締め切り」、act as though ～ (過去形) 「まるで～かのように振る舞う」。have all the time in the world「時間はたっぷりある」で「余裕綽綽」を表現。He seems to be calm and composed.「落ち着き払っているように見える」とも言えますね。calm, cool and collectedと形容詞を三つ並べると、余裕綽々振りがさらに強調できます。
（例）「こんなの余裕でできるよ」─ I can do this no sweat.
・no sweat「容易に（汗もかかずに）」。

「あらゆる艱難辛苦を乗り越えて、人として成長していくのです」─ You’ll grow as a person by overcoming all kinds of hardship and adversity.
「人として成長する」─ grow as a person
「より良い人間になる」─ become a better person
「～を乗り越える、克服することにより」─ by overcoming ～
「困難や逆境 (艱難辛苦)」─ hardship and adversity
「困難や苦労」─ difficulties and sufferings
「これから先、いろいろな試練や苦難が待ち構えている」─ There are plenty of trials and tribulations waiting for us ahead.
Extra Bit：「彼は今日の地位に築くまでに大変な苦労をした」─ He went through hell and high water to get where he is today.
