「手前味噌になりますが、是非、当店の豚カツを召し上がってみてください。最高の素材を使っておりますので」─ Not to brag, but I highly recommend that you try our fried pork cutlet. We’ve used the best ingredients available.

Not to brag「自慢をするわけではありませんが」で「手前味噌になりますが」のニュアンスを表現しています。Not to blow / toot my own hornでも同じような意味になります。blow、toot共に「吹く」という意味。highly recommend「強く勧める」、use the best ingredients available「手に入る最高の素材を使う」。
（例）「自慢するわけじゃないけど、服の趣味はいいと自分では思う」─ Not to blow my own horn, but I think I have good taste in clothes.
　・have good taste in ～「～の趣味 (センス) がいい」。
