《今日のFUP：1166》 論功行賞 ─ ろんこうこうしょう
「論功行賞により、社内がもっと活気づけばいいのだが」 ─ We’re hoping we can rejuvenate this company more by introducing a meritocratic system.
We’re hoping (that) ～「～を期待している」、rejuvenate「活性化する」。「論功行賞」とは「功績を論じ、賞を与える」ということですから、ここではintroduce a meritocratic system「実力主義的なシステムを導入する」を使ってその意味を表しています。
（例）「今年度から我が社に成果主義に基づく給与制度が導入される」─ Our company is going to introduce results-based pay this year.
・results-based pay「結果に応じて給料を払うやり方」。

「いずれ年功序列制の企業は存在しなくなるだろう」─ Soon or later, there won’t be any such thing as the seniority system in a company.
「遅かれ早かれ」─ soon or later
「～のようなものはなくなる」─ there won’t be any such thing as ～
