《今日のFUP：708》甘く見る
「君は世の中を甘く見ている」─ You're not looking at the world realistically.
not look at the world realistically「世の中を現実的に見ない」で「世の中を甘く見る」を表現。形容詞unrealistic「非現実的な」を使って、You've got an unrealistic view of the world.とも言えます。
（例）「それは考えが甘いよ」─ That sounds like wishful thinking.
前回の復習
「他人事だと思って言いたいこと言うなよな」─ That's easy for you to say. You're not in my shoes. / You wouldn't be talking like that if you were in my shoes.
「その人の立場にない（他人事）」─ be not in one's shoes
「僕の立場になってみてよ」─ Imagine yourself to be in my place.
Extra Bit：「君が僕の立場なら、どうする？」─ What would you do if you were in my place.
