「気分転換に映画でも見に行こう」─ Let's go see a movie, just for a change of pace.
「気分転換に」はfor a change of pace、for a change of moodで表現します。簡単にfor a changeとも言えます。例えば、Go outside and get some exercise for a change.と言えば、「外に出て、気分転換に少し運動しなさい」という意味になります。例文をもう一つ。How about taking a day trip to Kyoto for a change of mood?「気分転換に日帰りで京都に行ってみない？」。
