「彼女は美しくてほっそりした体型に恵まれているよね」─ She's blessed with a beautiful, slender figure.
be blessed with ～が「～に恵まれている」に当たる言い回し。「彼は健康に恵まれている」はHe's blessed with good health.と言います。例文をもう一つ。That singer is blessed with good composers and lyricists.と言えば、「あの歌手はいい作曲家と作詞家に恵まれている」。
