「ゆっくりでいい。急がないから」─ Ease up on the pace. There's no reason to hurry.
この場合のease upは「緩める」という意味。onを使っている点に注目。Why don't you ease up on your cigarettes?は「煙草を控えめにしたら？」という意味になります。さらに例文を二つ。Look! The snow is easing up.「見て！雪が弱まってきた」、He eased up a little just before reaching the finish line.「彼はゴール前で軽く流した」。
