「新しい部署には慣れてきましたか？」─ How are you adjusting to the new department?
adjust to ～で「～に順応する、馴染む」という意味。toの後に別の表現を入れた例文を挙げてみましょう。How are you adjusting to your new job?「新しい仕事には慣れてきた？」、How are you adjusting to your married life?「結婚生活はどう？」。例文をもう一つ。It took a while to adjust to my contacts.「コンタクトに慣れるのに少し時間がかかった」。
