「これが冗談なら、少しも面白くない」─ If this is a joke, I'm not amused in the least.
notとin the leastを組み合わせると「少しも～でない（強調）」という意味になります。例えば、「僕は野球に少しも興味がない」は、野球を主語にしてBaseball doesn't interest me in the least.と言えます。例文をもう一つ。The band made some mistakes, but the audience didn't seem to notice in the least.「そのバンドはいくつかミスをしたが、聴衆は少しも気づかなかった」。
