「～にうんざりする、～はもうたくさんだ」はhave had it with ～（現在完了）で表現できます。例文を二つ挙げておきましょう。I've had it with these meaningless meetings.「こういう意味のない会議にはうんざりだよ」、I've had it with his lax attitude toward work.「彼の仕事に対するだらしのない態度にはうんざりだよ」。
