「そのプロジェクトの責任者は誰なの?」─ Who's in charge of that project?
「~の責任者である」はbe in charge of ~で表現します。例えば、電話をして、May I speak to someone in charge of public relations?と言えば、「広報担当の方をお願いできますか?」という意味になります。例文をもう一つ。Ms. Tanaka, who's in charge of this matter, will explain.「この件に関しましては、担当の田中がご説明致します」。
