正解 (B) tell：「どっちがどっちか区別がつかない」─ I can't tell one from the other.
この場合のcan't tellは「わからない」という意味。difference「違い」を使って、I can't tell the difference between these two.とも言えます。can't tellを使った例文を二つ。He can't tell right from wrong.「彼は善悪の区別がつかない」、I can't tell which one to buy.「どれを買えばいいかわからない」。
