How do you spend your leisure time?
I usually go fishing on the weekends.

【和訳】
暇な時はどうしてる？
僕はたいてい週末釣りに行くんだ。
釣りはすごく楽しいよ。

【解説】
How do you spend ～で「～はどう過ごす？」の意味。leisure time「余暇」、go fishing「釣りに行く」。get a lot of pleasure out of ～「～から多くの楽しみ（喜び）を得る」で「すごく楽しい」を表現。

《例文》
1. How did you spend the weekend?
→週末はどうやって過ごしたの？
2. Poor men have no leisure.
→貧乏暇なしです。
3. Let's go drinking tonight, shall we?
→今夜飲みに行こうよ。
4. This room gets a lot of sunlight.
→この部屋、日当たりがいい。
5. Are you here on business or for pleasure?
→ここへは出張で来られたのですか、それとも旅行（遊び）ですか？

【音読アドバイス】
《ポイント：子音[ʒ]》 Asia, garage, television, usual
Howとspend, leisureを強め、timeでイントネーションを軽く上げてから下げます。leisureは「レジャー」ではなく「リージャ」と発音。usually, fishing, weekends, lot, pleasureにストレスを置きます。a lot ofは「アロロブ」、out of itは「アウロビッ」のように発音するといいでしょう。
