1. 「朝シャン派」をprefer a shower in the morning「朝のシャワーを好む」で表現しています。
2.「手数料」はhandling feesと言います。nothing to sneeze at「軽視できないこと、ばかにならないもの」。sneezeの意味は「くしゃみをする」。
3. spareがそのまま使えます。spareは可算名詞です。fluorescent lamp「蛍光灯」。
4. I'm living proof that ～で「私は～の生きた証（いい見本）」の意味。there's no rest for the poorの文字通りの意味は「貧しい人たちに暇はない」。
5. a gathering of talentは「才能のある人の集まり」の意味。under one roof「一つ屋根の下に」。We've got a very good collection of talented, experienced staff members here.とも言えます。talented「才能がある」、experienced「経験がある」。
