次の文を英訳すると？
1. 彼女、新人のくせにまた口答えしてたね。
2. 君の言ってることが正論なのに。
3. あんな口のきき方されて頭に来ないの？
4. 見ててこっちが歯がゆくなっちゃうよ。

【Step 1】
日本語の意味に合わせて英訳してみましょう。
1. She answered back again even though she is a new person.
2. But what you said is correct.
3. Don't you get mad because she talked to you like that?

より英語らしく表現する（英語に磨きをかける）とどうなるか。カッコに入る語を考えてみてください。

1. forには「～の割には、として」の意味がありますので、これとa newcomer「新人」を組み合わせて「新人のくせに」を表現しています。mouth offは「生意気な 口のきき方をする、口答えをする」の意味。
2. 主語nothingの後にbe out of line「（社会通念上）受け入れられない」を使って「正論」を表現しています。ここではAnd you were in the right.「君の方が正しかった」と言い換えられます。
3.「頭に来ないの」はDoesn't it get to you ～ / Doesn't it offend you ～で表現できますね。always taking ～は分詞構文で、「いつも彼女から口答え (lip) されて」という意味を後から付け足しています。この場面では次のように言ってもいいでしょう。Don't you find it frustrating to be spoken to like that all the time?
4.「歯がゆくなる」は「いらいらする」ということですから、get annoyedが使えます。just watching it happen「それが起こる（新人が口答えしているの）を見ているだけで」も分詞構文です。主語を工夫してJust seeing it happen makes my stomach turn.のように言い換え可能。
5.「ガツンと言う」をここではtell ～ off「～を叱りつける」で表現しています。once and for allは「きっぱりと」の意味。
