まず、1.～3.の英文の意味を考えてください。
1. I'm so excited that my heart is beating.
2. It was so warm that I didn't have to wear a coat.
3. The print is so small in the manual that I can't read it.
では、意味の確認をしましょう。
1. とても興奮して胸がどきどきする。
2. とても暖かかったのでコートを着なくてもよかった。
3. マニュアルの文字がとても小さくて読めない。
もうおわかりですね。so ～ that …「とても～なので … である」が今回のポイント。
もう少し例文を挙げておきます。
4. Ugh! It smells so bad that I can hardly breathe.
げっ！とても臭くて息ができない。
5. The TV drama was so boring that it put me to sleep.
とても退屈なテレビドラマだったので寝てしまった。
6. Our daughter is so cute I could just eat her up.
