⇨ I wish I didn't have to tell you this, but ...
《解説》
1. one two many「一つ多い」。「一つ少ない」はone two fewと言います。I wish the price had one less zero.「ゼロが一つ少なければな」。If only the price had one zero less.とも言い換えられます。
2. I wish I didn’t have to tell ～「～を言う必要がなければいいんだけど」で「ちょっと言いにくい話なんだけど」の意味に。

3. pick：People should at least ～「少なくとも～をすべき」⇨ I wish people would ～「～してくれたらな」、clean up after their dogs 「犬 (の糞) の後始末をする」⇨ pick up their dogs' droppings「犬の糞を拾う」と言い換えています。
4. vacation：I wish I had ～を使い、another week offをone more week of vacationと言い換えている点に注目。
5. afford：too strict with time「時間に厳しすぎる」⇨ could afford to be more relaxed about time「時間にもっと厳格でなければいいのに」。can afford to ～「～する余裕がある」、relaxed「厳格でない、ゆるい」。
