「前代未聞の不祥事に関与したため、大統領は失脚した」 ─ The president lost his position because of his involvement in an unprecedented scandal.
lose one’s position「自分の地位を失う (失脚する)」、involvement「関与、関わり合い」。unprecedentedが「前代未聞の、前例のない」という意味の形容詞。unheard-of「今までに聞いたことがない」を使ってもいいでしょう。scandal「スキャンダル、不祥事」。
(例)「それは前代未聞の大惨事だった」─ That was an unprecedented catastrophe.
