「自分のこと何様だと思ってるんだ、あいつは。人を顎で使いやがって」─ Who does he think he is, ordering people around like that?
order a person around「（人を）こき使う」で「顎で使う」を表現。at one's beck and call「指図のままに」を使って、次のようにも言えます。Who does he think he is, trying to have everyone at his beck and call like that?
（例）「僕を召使いみたいにこき使えると思うなよ」─ Don't think you can order me around like a servant?
