「100％満足できる部屋なんて、そう簡単には見つからない」─ It's not easy to find an apartment that you're 100% satisfied with.
100%「百パーセント」とbe satisfied with「～に満足している」を組み合わせている点に注目。satisfaction「満足」を使って、It can be hard to find an apartment that gives 100% satisfaction.とも言えます。
（例）「彼はその仕事に全力投球した」─ He threw himself into the work 100%.
