「何を食べようか。みんな、日替わりランチでいいかな？」─ I wonder what we should have. Is the daily lunch special OK with everybody?
「日替わりランチ」はthe daily lunch specialでいいでしょう。the lunch of the dayとも言えますね。What should I order? Is everybody OK with the lunch of the day?
（例）「本日のスープは何ですか？」─ What's the soup of the day today?

「野菜ジュースは飲みやすいし、一番手軽に野菜を補給できる手段だと思う」─ Vegetable juice is easy to drink, and I think it's one of the simplest ways to get your vegetables. / Vegetable juice is easy to drink, which helps make it the easiest way to get vegetables in your diet.
