《今日のFUP：896》まろやか
「このシチューは味がとてもまろやかだね」─ This stew is very mellow.
mellowには「まろやかな、熟した、芳醇な」という意味があります。感嘆文にして、What a mellow stew!と言ってもいいでしょう。
（例）「一日ぐつぐつ煮込むとずっと美味しくなって。味がまろやかになる」─ It'll taste even better after it simmers for a day. That mellows out the flavors.

「図書館の前に３時に待ち合わせをしよう」─ I'll meet you at three in front of the library. / Let's get together at three in front of the library.
「待ち合わせる（会う）」─ meet
「集まる」─ get together
