「図書館の前に３時に待ち合わせをしよう」─ I'll meet you at three in front of the library.
「待ち合わせる」はmeet「会う」、あるいは、get together「集まる」で表現できます。Let's get together at three in front of the library.
（例）「どこで何時に待ち合わせますか？」─ Where do you want to meet, and what time?
前回の復習
「そんな所に置きっぱなしにしていたら、誰かに持って行かれちゃうよ」─ Somebody's going to walk off with that if you leave it there. / If you leave that right there, somebody's going to walk off with it.
「～を持って歩き去る」─ walk off with ～
「誰かが僕の財布を持ち去った」─ Somebody walked off with my wallet.
Extra Bit：「その傘を持って行っちゃだめだよ。遺失物取扱所に届けないと」─ You can't just walk off with that umbrella. You have to take it to the lost-and-found.
