《今日のFUP：890》細くする
「ウエストをあと３センチ細くしたい」─ I'd like to take three centimeters off my waist.
take ～ off …で「…から～を取る」の意味になります。slim down「痩せさせる」を使って、I want to slim my waist down by three centimeters.とも言えます。
（例）「また数センチ、ウエストを広げないと」─ I'll have to let out the waist by a couple of centimeters again.

「あいつ彼女一筋だったのに、振られちゃったんだ」─ He was devoted to her, but she dumped him. / She dumped him despite his single-minded devotion to her.
「～を熱愛する（一筋）」─ be devoted to ～
「捨てる」─ dump
「ひたむきな」─ single-minded
「彼女に夢中なんだ」─ She's all I think about.
