《今日のFUP：888》水温が低い
「今日は水温が低いから、プールには入れないな」─ I can't go in the pool today. The water's too cold.
「水温が低い」とはThe water's too cold.「水が冷たすぎる」ということですね。ちなみに、「水温」はthe water temperatureと言います。We can't swim in the pool today. The water temperature is too low.
（例）「つま先で水がどれだけ冷たいか調べてみた」─ I felt the water with my toe to see how cold it was.
前回の復習
「その事故ですべての計画がぶち壊しになった」─ The accident ruined all my schedule from there on out. / The accident threw my schedule off for the rest of the day.
「ぶち壊し（台無しにする）」─ ruin
「乱す」─ throw off
「急な雨で花火が台無しになった」─ The fireworks were ruined by a sudden rain shower.
