「君も鈍いね。彼女が君を好きだってことがわからないのか？」─ You're pretty slow, aren't you? Haven't you realized that she likes you?
「鈍い」はslow、あるいは、not quickで表現すればいいでしょう。You're not too quick, are you? Don't you see that she likes you?
（例）「彼は飲み込みがかなり遅い」─ He's pretty slow on the uptake.
