「それって、もしかして、あれのこと？」─ You wouldn't be talking about “that thing,” would you?
Could it be “that thing” you're talking about?とも言えます。ここでは「もしかして」をwouldやcould（仮定法）を使って表現しています。
（例）「もしかして、わかってなかったのって私だけ？」─ Could it be that the only one who didn't know was me?
前回の復習
「このスープ少し味が薄いよね。塩を入れようか」─ This soup is a little bland. Maybe it needs salt. / This soup doesn't have much flavor. Should I put some salt in?
「さっぱりしている、味が薄い」─ bland
「味があまりない」─ not have much flavor
「このシチューの味は強烈だね」─ The flavor of this stew is overpowering.
Extra Bit：「くどくなってきたから、もう食べられない」─ This food is so rich I can't take any more of it.
