《今日のFUP：839》お手すきでしたら
「お手すきでしたら、事務室までお願いします」─ If you're not occupied right now, could you come into the office?
「お手すき」とはbe not occupied「手がふさがっていない、忙しくない」ということですね。Would you mind coming into the office if you're not too busy?とも言えます。not too busy「あまり忙しくない」。
（例）「僕は今、手が空いてるよ」─ I have nothing to do right now.

「平社員の私にとって、社長は雲の上の人です」─ To a regular employee like me, the company president seems to live in another world. / The company president lives in a completely different world from an ordinary worker like me.
「別の世界に住んでいる（雲の上の人）」─ live in another world
「全く違う世界」─ a completely different world
（例）「そのいい知らせを聞いた後、雲の上を歩いているようだった」─ I was walking on clouds after hearing the good news.
Extra Bit：「何か随分昔のことのように思えるな」─ Remembering it, it seems like another world.
