「スケボーのやりすぎて、足がパンパン」─ My legs are stiff from doing too much skateboarding.
stiff「堅い、硬直した」で「パンパン」を表現。Too much skateboardingで始めて、次のようにも言えます。Too much skateboarding has left me with stiff legs.
（例）「肩こりがますますひどくなってきた」─ My shoulders are stiffening up worse all the time.

「見かけはぱっとしないが、彼は凄腕の営業マンなんだ」─ He's not much to look at, but as a salesperson nobody can beat him. / He doesn't look that impressive, but he's a crackerjack sales representative.
「見かけはぱっとしない」─ not much to look at
「凄腕（誰も彼には勝てない）」─ nobody can beat him
「それほど印象的には見えない」─ not look that impressive
「人は見かけによらないね」─ I guess you can't judge people by appearances.
Extra Bit：「遺伝子工学によりある野菜は見かけは良くなったが、味が無くなったしまった」─ Genetic engineering has made some vegetables nice to look at, but flavorless.
