「余裕で間に合った。急ぐ必要はなかったね」─ We made it in plenty of time. There was no reason to hurry.
make it in plenty of timeで「十分時間を残してそこに着く」の意味になります。語順を変えて、We didn't have to be in a hurry. We got here well before we had to.と言ってもいいでしょう。well before ～の意味は「～よりかなり前に」。
（例）「彼、急いでいるようには見えないけど（余裕だね）」─ He doesn't seem to be in any hurry.

「最近の若者は、みんな同じ格好をしているから、個性がないよね」─ Young people dress so much alike these days it's hard to tell them apart. / Kids these days all dress the same. It makes it hard to tell one from another.
「区別がつかない（個性がない）」─ hard to tell ～ apart
「区別する」─ tell one from another
「彼って個性があるよね」─ He has a lot of character.
Extra Bit：「あの格好、彼女らしいよね（個性が表れている）」─ That outfit she has on really reflects her personality.
