「小さなことでくよくよするなよ」─ Don't sweat the small stuff.
small stuffは「些細なこと」、sweatは「気を病む」という意味。There's no sense brooding over such a trivial thing.とも言えます。brood「くよくよ考える」とa trivial thing「つまらないこと」を使っている点に注目。
（例）「否定的なことをくよくよ考えるのはよくない」─ It's not good to dwell on negative things.

「その商品は、うちの店では扱いがありません」─ We don't carry those products. / Our store doesn't handle those goods. / Our store doesn't handle those goods.
「（店が）品物を置く」─ carry
「扱う」─ handle
