「彼の言うことなんて、聞き流せばいいんだよ」─ Whatever he says, you can just let it go in one ear and out the other.
ここでは「聞き流す」をgo in one ear and out the other「右の耳から入って左の耳から出る」で表現しています。You don't have to take what he says seriously.とも言えます。take ～ seriously「～を真剣に受け止める」の使い方に注目。
（例）「彼女に何を言っても無駄だよ」─ Everything you say to her goes in one ear and out the other.

「こんな時に連絡してくるなんて、どういう風の吹き回し？」─ What's got into you, contacting me at a time like this? / What happened to you that you're calling me now?
「何があったのか（どういう風の吹きまわし）？」─ What's got into you ～? / What happened to you ～?
「私に電話をかけて来るなんて、どういうことなの？」─ What business do you have calling me?
