「この薬を飲むと眠気を催しますので、車の運転はしないでください」─ This medicine will make you drowsy, so be sure not to drive after taking it.
「眠気を催す」をmake a person drowsy「眠くさせる」で表現しています。Don't driveで始めて、次のように言ってもいいでしょう。Don't drive while you're on this medicine. It'll make you drowsy.
（例）「眠気覚ましにコーヒーでも飲もうかな」─ Coffee might help me shake this drowsiness.
