「彼はまだ20代なのに、言うことがどうもおじん臭い 」─ He talks like a guy who's over the hill even though he's still in his 20s.
like a guy who's over the hill「おやじ（もう若くない人）のよう」で「おじん臭い」を表現。a middle-aged man「中年の男性」を使って、次のようにも言えます。Even though he's still in his 20s, he talks like a middle-aged man.
（例）「年相応の振る舞いをしろよ」─ Act your age.

「5時に駅前の喫茶店で落ち合うことにしましょう」─ Let's get together at five at the coffee shop in front of the station. / I'll meet you at the coffee shop in front of the station at five.
「落ち合う（集まる）」─ get together
「会う」─ meet
「じゃあ、あそこで10時にね」─ OK, I'll see you there at 10.
Extra Bit：「パーティーの前に、みんなが待ち合わせる時間と場所を決める必要があるね」─ We need to set a time and place where we can all meet before the party.
