「あそこに座っている丸顔の女性の名前を教えてくれませんか？」─ Could you tell me the name of that round-faced woman sitting over there?
round-facedは「丸顔の」という意味の形容詞。roundish「丸みを帯びた」を使って、Who's that woman sitting over there with the roundish face?とも言えますね。
（例）「彼は彫りの深いいい男だ」─ He has a handsome face with chiseled features.

「電車に乗るために走る（駆け込み乗車する）」─ make a dash for the train
