「ピザを食べ過ぎて、お腹が破裂しそうだ」─ I ate so much pizza that my stomach was bursting at the seams.
burst at the seamsで「はち切れそうになる」の意味。split「裂く」を使って、I ate too much pizza and nearly split my stomach.とも言えます。
（例）「胸がどきどきして破裂しそう」─ My heart is beating so hard I think it's going to burst.

「落ち込んだ時には、気の合う仲間と飲むのが一番だね」─ The best thing to do when you're feeling down is to go out drinking with sympathetic friends. / When you're feeling depressed, the best thing is to go out drinking with good friends.
「同じような気持ちを持った（気の合う）」─ sympathetic
「親友」─ good friends
「お酒は気心の知れた仲間と飲むのが一番だ」─ Drinking is best with an old friend you know inside and out.
