「そんなこけおどしは僕には通用しないよ」─ You can't bluff me that way.
ここでは「こけおどし」をbluff「はったりをかます」で表現しています。bluffを名詞として使って、That kind of bluff doesn't work on me.とも言えます。
（例）「脅しは僕には通じないよ」─ You don't intimidate me at all.

「ここに展示されている作品を見る限り、彼女は将来有望です」─ Judging from the work displayed here, I'd say she has a bright future. / I'd say the future is bright for her, judging from what I see on display here.
