《今日のFUP：599》このままではいけない
「このままではいけないと思うことがある」─ Sometimes I think I shouldn't go on like this.
shouldn't go on like thisの文字通りの意味は「このような状態でやって行くべきではない」。can't just keep living the same way「同じようには生きていけない」を使って、Sometimes I realize I can't just keep living the same way.と言ってもいいでしょう。
（例）「私の人生このままでいいのかな？」─ Is this the life I should be living?

「娘を嫁に出し、これで肩の荷が下りました」─ It was a great weight off my shoulders to see my daughter married. / Seeing my daughter get married was like having a great weight lifted from my shoulders.
「肩の荷が下りる」─ a great weight of one's shoulders / have a great weight lifted from one's shoulders
「息子が試験に合格したと聞いて、肩の荷が下りた」─ Hearing that my son had passed the exam took a great weight off my shoulders.
Extra Bit：「無事に家に帰ったんだね。それで安心した」You got home safely. That's a load off my mind.
