「大至急、報告書をまとめて、彼に届けて欲しい」─ I want you to compile the report and get it to him immediately.
「大至急」をimmediately「直ちに」で表現。as soon as you can「できるだけ早く」も使えますね。I want you to put the report together and get it to him as soon as you can.
（例）「代わりのカードを大至急発行してもらえませんか？」─ Could you issue me a replacement card right away?

「君は考え違いをしている」─ You've got the wrong idea. / You're thinking about this the wrong way.
「間違った考え方をしている（考え違い）」─ have got the wrong idea
「人の話をよく聞いて、よーく考えてごらん」─ Listen to what people tell you, and think carefully.
Extra Bit：「何をするにも正しいやり方と間違ったやり方がある」─ There's a right way and a wrong way to do everything.
