「君は考え違いをしている」─ You've got the wrong idea.
ここではhave got the wrong idea「間違った考え方をしている」で「考え違い」を表現しています。thinkとwrongを組み合わせて、次のようにも言えます。You're thinking about this the wrong way.
（例）「人の話をよく聞いて、よーく考えてごらん」─ Listen to what people tell you, and think carefully.
前回の復習
「その計画はまだ青写真の段階である」─ All we have at this point is a blueprint for the plan. / The plan is still in the planning stages.
「青写真」─ blueprint
「計画の段階にある」─ be in the planning stages
「詳細は何も決まっていない」─ None of the details are settled yet.
