「君って寒がりだね」─ You can't stand the cold, can you?
can't stand the cold「寒さに耐えられない」で「寒がり」を表現。主語をThe cold「寒さ」にして、The cold really gets to you, doesn't it?とも言えます。get to ～は「～を悩ませる」という意味。
（例）「随分厚着してるね」─ You're dressed pretty warmly.
前回の復習
「そんな格好で寒くないの？」─ You don't feel cold dressed like that? / Aren't you cold dressed like that?
「そんな格好をして」─ dressed like that
「見ているこっちがなんか鳥肌たっちゃうよ」─ I'm getting goose bumps just looking at you.
